I was asked what I thought causes the the achievement gap and i said I think it's a compilation of things. It's the culture, the students, the parents, and the teachers. i think the the students could pay attention/ask questions, help their classmates, do their all their work to help close the achievement gap. The could could help their kids with anything they need related to school, stay informed with their kid's school life, and talk to their teachers. Now the teachers and the schools they should give extra help to all that need it, find out who's lagging and work with them extra, and specifically for the schools hire a good staff and have good resources.
